Item Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original, undamaged condition;
Complete Packaging: The original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and any gifts must be returned together with the item;
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for the following items:
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons;
Items that are visibly soiled or have been used;
Clearance items or items marked as “non-returnable.”
III. Return Process
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Please submit a return request via support@celstiar.com, including your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return;
Obtain Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days and provide you with a return authorization number and return address;
Return the Item: Please pack the item securely and clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt;
Await Processing: Once we receive the returned item and complete our inspection, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
IV. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product quality issue or an item sent in error by us, we will cover the return shipping costs;
If the return is for no specific reason (such as a change of mind or incorrect size), you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
V. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. The exact time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, but typically takes 5–10 business days.
VI. Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please return the original item following the return process described above and place a separate order for the desired item to ensure you receive your preferred product as soon as possible.
