I. Delivery Time
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of successful submission. From the date of shipment, delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days, depending on the carrier’s shipping terms and the delivery address. II. Order Tracking
We will provide a tracking number in the shipping notification email. You can use this number to visit www.17track.net to check the latest shipping status of your order in real time.
III. Shipping Rates
We charge a flat shipping rate of $2.99 for all delivery addresses worldwide.
IV. Shipping Coverage

V. Changing the Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before 11:00 PM (Pacific Time, GMT-7) on the day your order is placed. Please send your address change request to support@celstiar.com, and we will process it for you.
VI. Shipping Address Different from Billing Address
You may choose to have your items shipped to a shipping address that is different from your credit card billing address.
VII. Shipping Method Information
Orders will be shipped on business days, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
