Welcome to our online store (hereinafter referred to as “this store” or “we”). This store primarily sells wallets, ribbons, and related accessories. Please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) carefully before purchasing any products. By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

I. Orders and Formation of Contract
After you submit an order on this Store, we will send you an order confirmation email. However, this merely indicates that we have received your order request and does not constitute the formation of a contract.

The sales contract between you and us is formed when we actually ship the products you have ordered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to reasons such as insufficient inventory, pricing errors, or inability to deliver. In such cases, we will notify you via the contact information you provided and issue a full refund.

II. Product Information and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product images, colors, sizes, descriptions, and other information are accurate and truthful. However, due to factors such as shooting conditions and screen display, the actual product may differ reasonably from the images; please refer to the actual product.

All product prices are subject to the final price displayed on the checkout page. Prices may not include shipping fees (which will be listed separately at checkout). We reserve the right to adjust prices based on market conditions, but prices for confirmed orders will not be retroactively adjusted.

III. Payment
You may complete your payment using any of the payment methods supported by this store. Please complete your payment within the specified time after your order is placed; otherwise, your order will be automatically canceled.

IV. Shipping and Delivery
We will ship your order to the delivery address you provided. Estimated delivery times are for reference only; actual delivery times are subject to the logistics company’s schedule.

Please inspect the items upon delivery. If you find the packaging severely damaged or the items visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact support@celstiar.com immediately.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, refusal of delivery, or no one being available to sign for it, you will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs, after which we will arrange for redelivery.

V. Returns, Exchanges, and After-Sales Service
Wallets: Within 7 days of receipt, you may request a return for any reason, provided the item remains in resalable condition (unused, undamaged, with complete packaging and accessories). We will cover the return shipping costs for quality issues or incorrect items.

Ribbon Products: As ribbons are easily cut and consumed, returns or exchanges without cause are not accepted after opening the package, unless the item is visibly soiled or broken upon receipt. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition before opening the package.

To request a return or exchange, please first contact customer service at support@celstiar.com and provide your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. We may be unable to process items returned directly without prior communication.

We will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

VI. Limitation of Liability
This store shall not be liable for any delays or failure to fulfill orders resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, logistics strikes, system failures, etc.).

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

VII. Privacy Protection
We value the security of your personal information. The name, address, contact information, payment details, and other information you provide will be used solely for order processing and delivery. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except as required by laws, regulations, or government authorities.

VIII. Amendment of Terms and Severability
We may amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms will be posted on this page with the update date noted. Your continued use of this store constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation, validity, and resolution of disputes regarding these terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms or the transaction shall first be resolved through amicable consultation; if such consultation fails to resolve the dispute, either party may file a lawsuit with the People’s Court having jurisdiction over the location of the store operator.
